Maine Media camp is a week long summer program, in August, for high school students interested in exploring the fun and fascinating fields of media and communications. 2013 MLTI Conference "Pixel Wave" - The New England School of Communications is spending the day at the Collins Center for the Arts for the 2013 Maine Learning Technology Initiative (MLTI) Conference.

Commencement 2014
The 2014 NESCom commencement ceremony will be held in the Newman Gymnasium on the Husson University campus on Saturday, May 10, 2014 (time TBA)
Invitations
Each graduate will be given 10 tickets for family and guests to attend the ceremony as well as 10 announcements. Tickets and announcements will be available to pick up in the Business Office beginning mid-April. If you require more than 10 tickets, please come to the Business Office to be put on a waiting list. If additional tickets become available, students on the waiting list will be notified.
Rehearsal
Rehearsal date TBA. All commencement regalia (caps, gowns, tassels, honor cords) will be distributed during rehearsal. If you are participating in graduation, you are required to attend.
Senior Photographs
NorthStar Photography will be taking senior pictures in the back foyer of the Newman Gymnasium on the day of graduation. All seniors should arrive around 3:00 pm to have their photo taken for the senior class composite photo. Order forms will be emailed to all graduates. You can place your order on the day of commencement. There will be light refreshments for graduates to enjoy.
Parking
Commencement guests will be directed to parking areas by the Security Staff.
Guests and Accomodations
It is important that you make yours plans early. Husson University is holding their graduation on the same day and hotels fill up quickly. Find local accommodations here. If you are making plans for after the ceremony, you should plan for the ceremony to last about two hours.
