

Broadcasting at 89.3 FM, WHSN is the voice of Husson College and a valuable training tool for students of the New England School of Communications. Students working towards a degree in Communications use the facilty to hone their skills in News, Sports and Music Programming while satisfying a very unique radio audience. As Bangor's only alternative station, WHSN appeals to a broad group of listeners who keep in contact with the station by phone and email to help make the station their own. 
News, Sports & Weather At the top of every hour WHSN provides the latest national and local news as well as sports happenings and the WHSN Radar Weather. Weather updates can also be heard at 20 and 40 past the hour. A half-hour long, non-denominational religious program that is hosted by James Bean. - First Radio Parish Church of America: Sun 10:30. Your host Peter Panagore brings you a half-hour of spriituality through music, books, interviews and reflection.
Sports Programming WHSN airs all of Husson College's home basketball games, and starting this season, WHSN will air all the home baseball games from the press box at the new John Winkin Baseball Complex. 89.3 FM also carries Bangor and John Bapst High School football games, and in 2003, we will broadcast football games for the brand new Husson College football team.
