Entrance Counseling
Before your loan can be posted to your account, you MUST complete an Entrance Counseling Program. NESCom's Entrance Counseling Program has 2 parts: Online Entrance Counseling and an In Person Group Entrance Interview.
The online counseling takes about 30 minutes, and informs you of your rights and responsibilities as a borrower. You should complete the online counseling session at the same time you are signing your Master Promissory Note for your Stafford Loan(s). See below for instructions on how to complete your online Entrance Counseling session.
The In Person Group Entrance Interview will be held during Fall Orientation and is mandatory for all students that are borrowing a loan at NESCom for the first time.
