STUDENT HOUSING The residence halls are more than just a place to eat and sleep. They provide opportunities for students to become a part of the community and to create and encounter a variety of educational, social, cultural and recreational experiences. While living in the residence halls, students will be exposed to lifestyles, beliefs, attitudes and even values possibly different from their own.
Students who choose to live off-campus are responsible to find and make their own living arrangements. Residency Requirement NESCom does not require that first-year students live on campus. Housing is available to all students who return their housing contracts by a pre-determined deadline. You can access contracts and a list of other paperwork needed by clicking here. After that date, students may be placed on a housing waiting list. Resident Halls The campus offers three co-educational residence halls. Each hall consists of nine levels, with each level designated for our male and female population and provides a variety of living options. Each comfortable room houses two students and is furnished with beds, bureaus, wardrobes, desks and chairs. All rooms are equipped with a cable TV outlet, two T1 Computer LAN lines with internet and email access, and a personal phone line with voice messaging. Vending machines and a Laundromat are also available for resident students. A Residential Director and Residential Assistants are available 24 hours a day for student assistance and provide an ongoing program of social, recreational, cultural and educational activities. NESCom students share the residence halls with Husson students. Click here for FAQ's
